Who it’s for

Entrepreneurs with an early-stage business or venture idea who want an all-round grounding in business fundamentals, enterprise readiness, and access to finance, alongside 1:1 mentoring.

Programme stages

  1. Screening

    Applications are reviewed against programme eligibility and readiness criteria.

  2. Training

    Shortlisted founders join structured curriculum modules.

  3. Mentoring

    Ongoing 1:1 or group mentoring pairs founders with experienced practitioners.

  4. Pitch Days

    Founders present their ventures to a panel of partners and investors.

  5. Funding Facilitation

    PINE Global facilitates introductions to funding and investment pathways.

Curriculum

  • Business model fundamentals and market validation
  • Financial literacy: costing, pricing, forecasting, and cash flow
  • Brand, marketing, and customer acquisition basics
  • Access-to-finance preparation for grants and early investment
  • 1:1 and structured group mentoring paired to each founder's stage and sector

Mentoring support

Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor for the length of the cohort, continuing informally after the programme ends.
