Mentors
Practitioners who guide founders.
Public mentor profiles — operational assignments live in Programme Operations.
How mentoring works
Each EcoBiz & Tech founder is paired with a mentor for the length of the cohort, matched to their stage and sector, alongside structured group mentoring and access to the same pitch-day mentor network. Many mentor relationships continue informally after the cohort ends.

What mentors bring
Mentors are practitioners first — founders, operators, and specialists with direct experience in the areas each cohort needs most, from legal and financial structuring to product, brand, and go-to-market. Pairing is matched to a founder’s stage and sector rather than assigned at random.
