Founder's Vision
A vision built around people
PINE Global runs as a Social Enterprise Community, not a traditional non-profit. Screening, structured training, mentoring, pitch days, and funding facilitation connect founders, mentors, trainers, and sponsors along one pathway.
That model runs today as EcoBiz & Tech — PINE's one active programme. As Founder, Eram Masood shapes that direction, keeping it people-first as PINE grows.
Built to work with people, for people.

What participation made possible
Founders and participants from across PINE's cohorts, on what changed once they joined.
The screening-to-funding path is real. I went in with an idea on paper and came out with a plan investors took seriously.
Shomaila RoohiPINE ParticipantThe mentoring pushed me to treat my business like a business, not a side project. I pitched with real numbers for the first time.
Fakiha FatimaPINE AlumnaWEET gave me a structure I didn't have — from costing my product properly to actually forecasting cash flow.
Ghinaa KhanPINE ParticipantHaving a mentor who'd actually built something made the difference. I stopped guessing and started testing.
Hina SohailPINE AlumnaThe pitch day was the first time investors asked me hard questions — and I was ready for them.
Houda El GhabaliPINE ParticipantPINE Global connected me to a mentor network I wouldn't have found on my own, and that's still paying off.
