About
Built for founders who are ready to move.
Since 2019, PINE Global has grown organically into a UK-oriented business incubator focused on youth and women entrepreneurs.
Our story
PINE Global — People's Innovative Networking Enterprise — started with a narrow, practical question: what actually stops a promising founder from getting their business off the ground? Usually it wasn't the idea. It was the missing pieces around it — structured training, a mentor who'd actually built something, and a credible route to investors.
We built PINE Global to close that gap, starting with a small first cohort in 2019. There was no marketing push and no external funding round behind it — growth came from founders finishing the programme and telling other founders. That organic path has shaped how we run things since: small enough cohorts that mentoring stays personal, rigorous enough screening that pitch days are worth investors' time.
Today that same model runs as EcoBiz & Tech — our one active programme — and has taken applicants from a first idea on paper through to pitch-ready ventures, with funding facilitation at the end of the process rather than the start.
As Founder, Eram Masood has shaped that direction from the start — keeping PINE Global people-first as it has grown, and running it as a Social Enterprise Community rather than a traditional non-profit.
Who we serve
PINE Global runs one programme, EcoBiz & Tech, for entrepreneurs with an early-stage business or venture idea — built on the same underlying model of structured screening, training, and mentoring for every founder in the cohort.
- First-time founders with an idea but no structured route to build it
- Early-stage entrepreneurs who need mentoring, not just a certificate
- Applicants ready for a rigorous, cohort-based screening and pitch process
A structured, disciplined model
Our screening → training → mentoring → pitch days → funding facilitation model exists to make sure founder support is structured, measurable, and accountable — not one-off training with no follow-through. Concretely, that means defined eligibility and screening criteria, mentoring with accountability rather than ad-hoc advice, and a clear path from training into funding conversations, not just a certificate at the end.
